We are out of town and were leaving the Randy Travis concert at Paramount heading to our motorhome at Jellystone. We lost all lights. We called AAA and your technician was on site within 20 minutes! He tried to troubleshoot, but came up empty handed. He gave our car and us a ride back to the campground. His customer service skills are above reproach. I loved seeing his daughter learn the business. I’m a business owner as a general contractor in the Toledo area. My kids were learning on-the-job with me at a young age also. It’s very refreshing to see businesses with similar values. I wish I could remember his name, but he is an employee that all employers would love to have on staff. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I went to get my car from the impound lot and the 2 women at the counter were more interested in doing makeup and their hair then to wait on me. I asked if it was an impound lot or beauty shop and they just laughed at me. They were very rude and disrespectful. They only take cash. I called AAA they sent Northwest to bring a couple of gallons. I thought that would be it & I would be on my way but my car still didn't start. Every light on the dash was on. I called AAA again & they sent Northwest with a tow truck. Driver Nate introduced himself, asked what the problem was, I told him what had transpired, he helped me into his truck, got my car on his truck & I told him to just bring me to my house & I would find a mechanic in the morning. He politely suggested we go 2 blocks to the gas station & put more gas in the car because maybe the car wasn't sensoring enough gas in the tank. I said ok, & that did the trick! The car started!
